Inside LEKE VR: A VR Hardware Manufacturer in Guangzhou

We build commercial VR hardware in Nansha, handle content and project planning from Panyu, and support installations in 40+ countries. This page is about the company behind the equipment — how we manufacture, who works on a project, and what buyers can verify before they order.

A manufacturer, not a trading company

That distinction matters when you are comparing quotes. A trading company can source a machine; it cannot easily show you the production line, the testing process or the engineering team that answers after-sales questions.

Buyers comparing VR manufacturers usually start with a spec sheet and a price. The harder questions come later: who built the machine, who tested it, and who answers when something fails. LEKE VR was founded in 2015. Hardware engineering, the VR Manager content platform and project planning sit under one company, with production in Guangzhou's Nansha district and the commercial office in Panyu. We make commercial VR simulators for FECs, malls, arcades and destination venues, and we deliver them as single units or as part of a larger venue plan.

We are a VR hardware manufacturer, but we are not the lowest-cost supplier in the market. If the decision is based only on the cheapest unit price, we are probably not the right fit. Our work is built around machines that can be serviced, documentation that can be checked, and a project scope that is written down before production starts.

We also do not claim to operate your venue or guarantee a return. We can share project references and a planning model, but ticket price, footfall, rent and staffing are local decisions. A supplier that promises a fixed ROI before seeing your site is not giving you a plan.

What we actually do

  • Hardware: motion platforms, cinema cabins, VR stands, arena equipment and control systems.
  • Content: VR Manager, our in-house platform, with 700+ games and ongoing updates.
  • Project planning: floor-plan review, 3D/CAD layout, equipment mix and export coordination.
  • Support: pre-delivery testing, installation guidance, operator training and spare-parts dispatch.

Why LEKE VR

Why buyers shortlist us

Not because of a slogan. These are the four things buyers tend to check before they shortlist a VR hardware manufacturer — and the evidence we can put in front of them.

Ownership

The factory is ours

Hardware is built in Nansha, not sourced from a trading office. You can audit the production floor and the model being built. Book a video tour →

Content

VR Manager is in-house

700+ games with ongoing updates sit inside the equipment package. Content is part of the system, not a separate licensing surprise.

Range

20 product lines, one team

Cinema, racing, arena, AR and MR formats are planned against the floor plan. The mix can change without handing the project to a second supplier.

Support

Service is written down

Site readiness, commissioning, training, spare parts and remote diagnostics are scoped in writing. On-site visits are quoted separately when needed. See service scope →

Where the equipment is built

The VR factory is in Nansha, Guangzhou. The Panyu office handles sales, project design, export coordination and service. Keeping the two addresses separate matters: the office is not the factory, and a factory visit should go to Nansha. The most common pre-order problem we see is a floor plan that fits the machine but not the route for the crate — door width, lift size and turning space are checked before production.

01 · Fabrication

Frame, cabin and platform

Metal frames, cabins and motion platforms are fabricated and assembled to the model's drawings. Changes are controlled before production, not improvised on the line.

02 · Motion & control

Motion, electronics and wiring

Motion systems, control cabinets, sensors and wiring are assembled and checked against the model's electrical configuration for the destination.

03 · Software

VR Manager installation

The content platform, game library and account configuration are installed before packing. The exact content set is confirmed for the attraction and audience.

04 · Testing

Pre-delivery test

Each unit is powered, calibrated and run before packing. Test records and the model's document set travel with the shipment where applicable.

05 · Packing

Export packing

Units are packed for sea freight with the accessories and spares listed in the order. Packing photos are kept for the shipment record.

06 · Quality

ISO 9001:2015

Production runs under ISO 9001:2015 quality management. CE, FCC and RoHS documents are supplied for the model and destination; TÜV and SGS reports are available where applicable.

We do not claim that every model carries every certificate for every market. The required document set depends on the product, the destination and the application. Ask for the model-specific list before you order.

Core teams and operational capabilities

A VR venue is not a single machine. These are the divisions behind a project, and the part of the work each one owns.

Engineering

Hardware and motion team

Mechanical, electrical and motion-control engineers own the platform design, factory testing and technical answers on load, power and maintenance access.

Content

VR Manager team

Software and content staff manage the game library, account setup and updates. They can explain what is included and what requires a separate content scope.

Project design

3D/CAD and layout team

Designers review floor plans, ceiling height, circulation and operator space, then produce the layout that the equipment mix is priced against.

Export & service

Logistics and after-sales

The export team handles packing, documents and freight coordination. The service team handles commissioning questions, training material and spare-parts requests after delivery.

For due diligence, ask for the team role that owns each answer, not a generic sales contact. We can arrange a technical call with the relevant engineer for model-specific questions.

Games & content

Our own game team, and our own game management system

VR Manager is not a third-party launcher we resell. It is the in-house platform our game and software team uses to manage the library, account access and content updates for installed equipment.

The team covers game design and development, VR and motion integration, hardware testing and update deployment. The library carries 700+ games, including proprietary titles and licensed content. The mix is selected per attraction, not forced into one package.

Game development: proprietary titles and content updates for the installed base.
Game management: library, account access and update deployment through VR Manager.
Hardware QA: content is tested on the machine, not only in a desktop build.
Operator setup: the venue's account and licensed content set are confirmed before opening.

How we work with buyers

Most projects follow the same four stages. The scope and timeline are confirmed in writing; they are not fixed by a website page.

01 · Brief

Floor plan and operating model

You send dimensions, ceiling height, power, country, target opening date and the audience you expect. We flag what is missing before recommending equipment.

02 · Layout & quote

Equipment mix and 3D layout

We propose a mix, show the layout and price the scope. Changes to the mix are reflected in the quote rather than hidden in a package.

03 · Build

Production and testing

Production starts after the configuration and documents are confirmed. Pre-delivery testing and packing follow the model's checklist.

04 · Delivery

Export, installation, training

Export documents, freight, installation guidance and operator training are scoped for the destination. On-site support is quoted separately when required.

We separate factory lead time from freight and customs time in the proposal. A single “8–12 weeks” number without that split is not a schedule you can plan around.

What you can verify before ordering

If you are auditing a VR simulator manufacturer, due diligence should not depend on a sales deck. These are the items we can provide, subject to the model and destination.

Factory and company FAQ

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with a factory in Nansha, Guangzhou, and a commercial office in Panyu. The factory builds the hardware; the office handles sales, project design, export and service coordination.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. We also offer live video tours if travel is not practical. A visit can include the production floor and a review of the model you are considering; reference-site visits depend on the schedule and customer permission.
Do you offer OEM or ODM production?
OEM and ODM discussions are possible for hardware and content, subject to the model, order volume, tooling and documentation requirements. The scope is confirmed in a written agreement before production.
Are CE, FCC and RoHS certificates included?
The required document set depends on the model and destination. CE, FCC and RoHS documents are available for applicable models; TÜV and SGS reports are supplied where applicable. We do not claim that every model carries every mark for every market.
Do you guarantee ROI?
No. We can share a planning model and project references, but ticket price, footfall, rent, staffing and local competition are outside our control. Treat a guaranteed ROI before a site review as a warning sign.

Need to check the factory before you commit?

Send your company name, the model or venue type you are reviewing, and the documents you need. We will arrange a technical call or a factory video tour with the relevant team.
